FRC provided a skidded solution for a stamping mill that provides automotive parts for a leading automobile brand. The wastewater contains Oil and Grease (O&G) from the cleaning of the machinery, plant floors and surfaces. The O&G mainly consists of the mineral oils used to lubricate the machinery and facilitate parts fabrication. The existing Oil Water Separator (OWS) was not meeting discharge requirements. FRC provided a fully skidded DAF system, pre-piped and pre-wired for ease of installation and quick start-up to bring them back to compliance.
