One of their soap production facilities was generating wastewater with high levels of Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) that were out of compliance with city limits. The FRC design brought the plant into compliance as well as providing valuable product recovery.

- OWS – Recovered oils while also removing a significant portion of FOG
- Equalization – Homogenize wastewater for consistent for consistent wastewater characteristics. Aeration mixing is provided to prevent anoxic conditions and formation of ammonia.
- Flocculator – Chemicals dosed to precipitate the emulsified oils and colloidal solids
- High-Rate DAF – Float the precipitated solids, yielding clean effluent water
