A large oil & gas company in the Permian Basil treating 25,000 bbl/d needed a solution for their oily solids laden wastewater. Most of the wastewater is generated from produced water along with some flowback water. The FRC solution included a trailer mounted DAF, stand-alone flocculator, and pump house. This DAF treatment yielded frac-grade-quality water which allowed for water re-use. Our design is plug and play, has a much lower mobilization and demobilization cost, 6” manifolded hose connections and protects the rotating equipment from the elements.
